No. Although I am a licensed therapist, this is not a psychotherapy group. Please reach out with any questions you have about individual therapy.

How much time will it take me on a daily basis?
One of the biggest challenges I hear from private clients is too much to do and not enough time. This course was created to bring maximum results in just 15-30 minutes a day. You can pause, ruturn, revisit lessons, based on your schedule and what works for you.
What is included in the course?
Along with daily pdf’s and short (2-5 minutes) videos, you’re receive journal prompts, a checklist to keep you organized and on track, a beautiful journal cover to download and create your personal notebook.

….We all struggle with stress and anxiety, with a sense of being overwhelmed, with the unknowns that life throws at us which throw our personal lives off balance. And when this happens it feels like life is getting away from us.
I want to share with you a course I’ve created that I’ve worked on for more than a year or two. The idea of the course has come from different experiences with all the beautiful clients I’ve had the privilege to work with over the years, as well as my own personal experience along the way. I realized that to have peace and calm and happiness, you have to first bring back your joy, not a person, or money, or perfect time/conditions, etc.
I realized how I, how we all, live our lives in a state of feeling overwhelmed and confused and frozen when confronted with how much there is to accomplish in just one little old day. This keeps us stuck. It came to me that we need a plan, a place to begin, that didn’t involve hours of time and sweeping change before we begin to feel better.
